First step to becoming a better poker player

I think I'm a horrible poker player.  I tilt so easily. I only win because I occasionally run good. So I'm creating this blog to track my progress and try to avoid the mistakes I've made in the past.  I'm going to try and make a post for every cash game, SnG, freeroll, and tournament I play.
